A Goofy Movie
Goofy's endearing cluelessness and clumsy pratfalls routinely embarrass Max, who is an uncomfortable adolescent. Goofy's intentions are usually good, but his antics often backfire. Roxanne, who had a crush on Max since high school, finally takes notice of him after he pulls a harmless prank on the principal of the school where he studies, and Max asks her out on a date. Goofy is persuaded by Max's misbehavior at school that he and the boy need to bond over a cross-country fishing trip similar to the one he took with his dad when he was Max's age. This causes Goofy's son to rethink his plans to impress Roxanne, which causes Goofy to rethink his plans to impress Roxanne.
