A Woman Under the Influence
Nick, a construction worker for the city of Los Angeles, is married to Mabel Longhetti, who is desperate and lonely. She is getting more and more unstable, especially when she is around other people. She wants to be happy, but her erratic behavior makes Nick think that she is a danger to their family, so he decides to put her in an institution for six months. He is on his own with three kids to take care of and is waiting for her return, which will bring more than a few surprises.
