Annapolis
From a shipbuilding family, Jake Huard told his ailing mother he'd get into Anapolis Naval Academy before she passed away. As a result of persistently pestering a member of Congress, the candidate was chosen despite having poor academic records. Academically, Jake quickly falls short of expectations. He's been stretched to the breaking point so many times that Jake is ready to give up. But when confronted with his gloating father's contempt, he finds a way to return just in time.
