Franz and Arthur, two cinephile slackers, spend their days impersonating the antiheroes of classic Hollywood noir films and Westerns while pursuing the beautiful Odile. In every situation, the misfit three challenges convention, whether it's through choreographed dances in cafés or joyous romps through the Louvre. The desire to live the criminal life eventually drives them to plot their own heist, but they may be forced to exit the stage left by their lack of experience— which may be exactly what they desire.
