Barbara
It's the summer of 1980 in East Germany, and alone, Barbara is forced to live and work as a doctor in a small town. This is her punishment for trying to flee to the West. It's her only goal to get away. She has to wait patiently for that to happen. Andre, her boss at the hospital, takes her off the path she was on. Love or duty to the government? There are a lot of things that happen every day that make people act like they don't know each other.
