In a remote facility, a group of dubious government officials, led by General Randolph, are shown "Psychic Materialization," a successful side effect of an experimental drug. However, the scientists working on the project had warned that not enough testing had been done to identify potential safety issues. The creation of a terrible creature happens by chance during the demonstration for politicians! Incapable of restraint, the monster wreaks unimaginable havoc and ruin on humanity! All known weaponry appear to be ineffective against the creature's rapid reproduction, and experts are genuinely concerned about the future of humanity!
