Come and See
The German invasion of a village in Byelorussia pushes young Florya into the forest, against his family's wishes, to join the exhausted Resistance fighters. There he meets Glasha, a girl who follows him back to his hometown. Florya returns home to discover his family and other peasants slaughtered. His sustained existence among the awful wreckage of war becomes increasingly terrifying, a battle between despair and hope.
