For Dane 'Marbles' Marbeck, seeing ghosts is possible because he has developed a DIY drug: his late father's neurological prescription mixed with pot. On the trail of a serial killer, Officer Jayson Tagg wants to be a super cop. He ends up being killed. So when Marbles' mother wants to sell the family farm, and the only way to buy the house from her is to take the money Tagg is giving Marbles in exchange for his help. Marbles agrees to it. Ghouls, perverts, and a mysterious, cloaked stranger are just some of the obstacles the unlikely duo of stoner medium and ghost cop have to overcome. Marbles and Tagg must face their deepest regrets and biases if they are to solve the case with their souls intact.
