Eddie and the Cruisers were the hottest band in town in the 1960s. However, the band was disbanded after the unfortunate loss of its main vocalist. Eddie, on the other hand, is not dead. In Montreal, he works as a carpenter. His passion for music compels him to form a new band, which will have to contend with its anonymity.
