A Special Forces agent-turned-investigator named Harley shows up at the scene of a suspected mob hit to help local police. Stacie Randall plays Harley, and she does so to help them. As a matter of fact, she's looking for Francis Lydell. He was her former CO and lover, and he shot her in the head when she turned down his offer to join his freelance assassination team. Her goal is to bring down Lydell before he can kill an informant being held at the police station.
