Finding Forrester
While living on the streets of the Bronx, young African American guy named Jamal discovers his artistic abilities when he meets director Gus Van Sant. By chance, he meets an elderly writer named Forrester, who inspires him to pursue a career as a writer. Jamal wins a scholarship to attend a private school thanks to the support of his new mentor.
