The Baron, desperate for medical data, abducts a guy from an insane asylum after blackmailing them into assisting him with his gruesome experiments. The abductee dies while being transported, and the Baron and his helper transplant his brain into a body. This suffering is brought on by the presence of an imprisoned spirit within an alien shell. After paying a visit to his wife, who angrily rejects his grotesque appearance, the creature exacts his vengeance on the man who has caused him so much misery: the Baron Frankenstein.
