Ghost Mask: Scar
Miyu traveled to Seoul, Korea, to study and search for her missing older sister, who went missing two years ago. Miyu met Hana, a famous plastic surgeon, one day and she reminded her of her missing sister. Hana lives with her lover Hyoshin, but she has feelings for Miyu. And Nyoshin was envious of Miyu. Miyu assumed Hana was her older sister and asked her to disclose the truth. Hyoshin overheard two of them conversing and killed Hana out of jealousy. Hyoshin then attempted to murder Miyu, and Miyu learned Hyoshin was her sister who had plastic surgery and changed her appearance. Hana finally stabbed herself since she knew Miyu always valued her sister. Miyu survived, but she lost her beloved sister.
