Girls Just Want to Have Fun
When Janey first arrives in town, she quickly makes friends with Lynne, who has the same enthusiasm for dancing in general and "Dance TV" in particular as she does. When it is revealed that a competition will be held to discover a new regular duo for Dance TV, Janey and Lynne are dead set on trying out for the show. The only obstacle is that Janey's father is opposed to something of that nature and does not approve of it.
