It's the lawless future, and rebellious biker Harley Davidson and his grumpy cowboy buddy Marlboro have just found out that a crooked bank is ready to foreclose on their friend's pub in order to support an expanding empire. Both Harley and Marlboro come to the conclusion that the best way to assist is to rob the corrupt bank. In this rough and tumble action adventure, however, they find themselves on the run from criminal financiers and members of the mob after accidently stealing a narcotics shipment.
