The long-awaited follow-up to the 1995 picture. Shadwell's resurgent hooligans, inspired by the Russian oligarch's takeover of the company and the company's unusual foray into European competition, are infiltrated by Mo, an up-and-coming British Asian police officer. To add to the already volatile atmosphere, the BNP-EDL schism and plans to put up a mosque in the shadow of Shadwell's ground create a perfect storm of political and social instability for Mo. In the middle of all, Mo is confronted with the fundamental existential dilemma of who he really is and where he truly belongs. Twenty years later, Trevor is now chief super, but what happens to the rest of his crew?
