Young-goon has been admitted to a mental institution after being found to be mentally ill and routinely electro-charging herself with a transistor radio. She refuses to eat like a human since she believes she is a cyborg. It is Il-soon who attracts the attention of Young-goon and quickly becomes a close buddy. He now faces the most difficult assignment of his life: to treat Young-mental goon's illness and to have her eating real food again.
