In Reality
An obsession with the idea of finding real love consumes Ann's thoughts and actions. Just when she believes she's found it, she is expelled from her friend group. When she is rejected, the disappointment propels her into an obsessive downward spiral that puts both her sanity and the strength of her closest friendship to the test. In order to regain her bearings on reality, she tackles her overblown illusions by documenting the experience and releasing a film about it. A vulnerable, funny, and vibrantly styled examination of the nature of love emerges as a result.
