ER nurse Kaitlyn accidentally gets electrocuted by the defibrillator that is used to try to save a young woman who was stabbed. Almost right away, Kaitlyn can feel the memories of the person who died. People don't take her seriously when she asks for help from her family, friends, or the police. She decides that she has to try to solve the crime herself, or she might not be able to keep her sanity if she sees things that are scary. Finally, Kaitlyn teams up with the detective on the case and weaves her way through the victim's past to find out not only the truth, but also some very surprising lessons about life, love, sorrow, and forgiveness as well.
