Internes Can't Take Money
Dr. Kildare, a young doctor, treats and falls for impoverished ex-con Janet Healy, the widow of a bank robber who has gone missing. Later, in a back room of a tavern, she assists Kildare in stitching up gangster Hanlon. Kildare pursues Janet and enlists Hanlon's assistance; unsurprisingly, the gangster's solution is violent.
