In Tokyo, there is an uncanny beauty in the form of Mr. Nomura, a sociopathic serial murderer who dresses elegantly and preys on female victims. After brutally executing two vicious thieves in Jakarta, a world-weary journalist named Bayu finds himself unintentionally drawn into vigilantism. Using the Internet to track down one another after each broadcasts footage of their violent outbursts, the duo launches into a poisonous and competitive online battle. Meanwhile, Bayu clings to the possibility of returning to his previous way of life, while Nomura continues to shed blood without remorse. Nomura advises that killing is something that everyone should think about before doing so.
