In the Everglades, a zealous animal rights activist unleashes gigantic pythons, believing that the untamed animals should be allowed to roam free. When they begin to decimate the native animal population, an overzealous park officer administers experimental steroids to wild alligators in order to give them a fighting chance to defend themselves. After the huge pythons and gargantuan alligators go on a killing spree, the two feuding women must put aside their differences in order to put a stop to the creatures and the devastation that they have caused.
