When Mrs. Claus (Tedde Moore) sees that her husband (Mairtin O'Carrigan) is tired and stressed out from work, she is worried that he has lost his holiday spirit. She thinks she can help him get back in the mood for Christmas, so she goes to New York City, where she first fell in love with Nick, and hides there. Rebecca meets Joe (Greg Bryk), a cop who cares about this kind grandmother who is alone and has little money. A divorce is in the works for Joe and his wife, Lucy (Tricia Helfer), and they're telling their friends about it. Seeing that Joe still loves his wife, Rebecca agrees to work as the family nanny until Christmas. Her act of healing Joe and Lucy's family shows Santa that Christmas miracles are still possible, and his job is more important than ever before!
