After barely surviving an old burial mound that had been forgotten for a long time and buried underneath the marshes of Cape Cod, a group of pals emerge from the dense, swampy darkness happy to be alive despite being torn and bloodied. They had already lost two of their companions in the swamp, and it seems likely that they are no longer alive. Along the edge of the misty marsh, they come across an abandoned Cape Cod vacation house, which they break into in order to seek shelter. The evil that was in the marsh is still pursuing them, and not long after one of them runs for help, the remainder of the gang discovers that the evil that was in the marsh is not the only entity that wants them dead. Something even worse, something more barbaric, was hiding in the home just outside of the marsh where they were hiding. What takes place after that is unfathomable and a horror that can never be unseen. These unfortunate travelers find their St. Patrick's Day imprisoned between two villains, who force them to choose between fighting to the death or retreating in the direction they came from.
