It's about four men who want to make money for themselves and their families, so they can live the lives they want to. Two prison inmates who are contract killers are shown in the movie. The two law enforcement officers who are investigating the murders are shown as similar to the two prison inmates. During their jobs, they get caught up in the machinations of corrupt government officials. Their jobs lead them to fight each other with their loved ones as collateral damage.
