One Piece Film: Strong World
The renowned pirate Shiki, the Golden Lion, reappears 20 years after his escape from Impel Down, sparking great turmoil among the Marines. He devised a strategy to bring the World Government to its knees during his extended confinement. Shiki runs into the Straw Hat Pirates on his way to carry out the plot, and he is so impressed with Nami's meteorology expertise that he kidnaps her and forces her to join his crew.
