RoboCop
In a violent, near-apocalyptic Detroit, the local council awards the contract to privatize the police department to the villainous business Omni Consumer Products. In order to test their crime-eradicating cyborgs, the firm forces Alex Murphy into a gunfight with crime lord Boddicker so that they can use his corpse to sustain their untested RoboCop prototype. When RoboCop discovers the company's sinister intentions, he turns against his masters.
