The first half of this video, which takes place hundreds of years ago, tells the story of how an old man who would ultimately become Santa Claus was granted immortality and was chosen to bring toys to all of the children of the world during the Christmas season. The second part of the film takes place in the present age, during which Patch, the chief elf, breaks out on his own and becomes involved with a wicked toy manufacturer who seeks to control the market and eradicate Santa Claus from the scene entirely.
