Chris Kenner is a police officer in the Little Tokyo neighborhood of Los Angeles. He was born in the United States, but grew up in Japan and is now an American citizen. In Kenner's team is Johnny Murata, a Japanese-American who isn't in touch with who he is from his home country. In spite of their differences, both men are very good at martial arts. When they fight Yoshida, a vicious drug dealer who has connections to Kenner's past, they use their skills to their fullest potential to defeat him.
