If you look at Kenichi, you can see that he is a half Japanese, half Chinese man who lives in the dark. You can sell him anything, except for the organs of kids. Kabukicho is a gangland in Shanghai that is run by a number of different gangs who want to take over. His home is in Kabukicho. Former partner-in-crime Fu-Chun may have come back to Kabukicho, where he fled years ago when he killed the number two of a gangland boss, Yuan, and fled Kabukicho with him. To get back at Kenichi, Yuan tries to use him, but he doesn't work.
