Sunday in New York
In her 20s, Eileen broke up with Russ. A plane pilot named Adam lives in New York. She comes to visit him. Eileen tells her brother that she thinks she might be the only 22-year-old virgin in the world. In this scene, Adam says that sex isn't what all men want. He also says that he hasn't slept with anyone else. Adam, of course, is lying. He wants to have a tryst with his girlfriend, Mona, but he doesn't want to tell the truth. However, Adam's date with Mona is interrupted by work. Eileen, on the other hand, decides to see if she can have some fun in New York on her own. She meets Mike, a man she meets on the bus. It gets even more complicated when Russ comes into the picture with a proposal that he doesn't understand and a false assumption.
