Dave Bannion is a good cop on the hunt for a nasty gang that he believes controls the police force. Bannion suspects his fellow officers are in the gangsters' payroll after a colleague commits suicide and they remain silent. When a bomb meant for him instead kills his wife, Bannion turns into a vengeful force of justice, aided by the gangster's scorned girlfriend Debbie. They must use all means (even murder) to get to the truth as Bannion and Debbie sink deeper into the Gangland's devious and vicious trap.
