Kenneth Bianchi is a security guard who has tried to become a police officer many times. He moves to California to live with his cousin, Angelo. He dates a lot of women, becoming more and more obsessed with sex. As time goes on, the cousins decide to start an escort service. After killing a prostitute they thought had betrayed them, Kenneth and Angelo start committing a series of crimes that become a big news story because they are so bad.
