The Mighty Peking Man
The story of a ten-story-tall giant ape that lives in the Himalayas makes its way to fortune hunters in Hong Kong. Despite their best efforts, they are unable to capture it in India due to wild creatures and quicksand, with the exception of Johnny, an explorer with a broken heart. He locates the creature and learns that it has been caring for a scantily clad woman named Samantha since she survived a plane crash that killed her parents years earlier and was abandoned by her family. Johnny and Samantha meet and fall in love in the lovely jungle setting. Then Johnny urges her to persuade "Utam" to travel to Hong Kong with him. Unscrupulous promoter Lu Tien takes over: Utam is chained up for freak show exhibitions, and Lu Tien exploits him. In response to Lu Tien's assault on Samantha, Utam's protective instincts take control, wreaking devastation throughout Hong Kong.
