Five college pals get together in a castle in Piemonte, Italy, for a get-together. She wrote a curse in her journal before being hung by the townspeople, and then she committed herself. When the party becomes captivated by the legend, they decide to approach the forbidden area where Joanna died one night while they are under the influence of alcohol. They discover her journal while exploring the area. The spirit of Joanna has returned, and she is consumed by a vile desire for vengeance.
