Iris has wanted to be a filmmaker since she was a child. She's been stuck in reality television for the last five years, directing episodes for a show that can't even compete with Ghost Hunters. When Iris is assigned to her hometown of Black Falls, a small town with an abandoned insane asylum with a dark history of excessive shock therapy, she sees it as her big chance to prove herself. For Iris, filming inside the asylum brings back childhood memories of sneaking into the asylum with her friends to film homemade horror movies.
