Village living fits Box just fine. Blue collar, risk-free, simple. An interest for massacre keeps him in line at the regional abattoir where he has the possibility to satiate his thirst for blood. When Nathan, a young parolee shows up in town, Box is advised to take him under his wing, and quickly the two men bond over a bloody murder. Incapable to withstand the temptations of blood, the two develop a relationship revolving around their health issues for power.
