The Toy
During a visit to a large department shop for an article, the son of the newspaper's publisher, Rambal-Cochet, choose Francois as his new toy. To make ends meet, Francois accepts to this ludicrous assignment, as he does not want to abandon his work. Through his gradual friendship with the spoilt boy, he gets him to play at writing a newspaper and expose the father's authoritarian ways to the public. Both men are taken aback by the intensity of the emotional climax we share with the youngster.
