The Wereth Eleven
The Wereth Eleven retraces the steps eleven black GI's from the 333rd Area Artillery Squadron took when their device was overwhelmed by Germans at the start of the Battle of the Bulge. Their 10-mile expedition from their battery position to Wereth, Belgium would be the last trip of their lives as a local citizen transformed them in to an SS looking party. Ultimately all eleven were butchered and also killed in one of the least comprehended, as well as unidentified, war crimes of WWII.
