Susan, a single mother, is worried about leaving her daughter Christy at home while she goes on a trip out of town. Teri, a neighbor, agrees to "babysit" Christy and spend the night with her. Susan, on the other hand, rushes home when Christy goes missing, in a way that resembles how her police detective husband died. To save the only family Susan has left, Susan will have to open the wound from when her husband died.
