Mischief is sometimes made, but for the most part, Corey and his skateboarding pals are more concerned with having a good time and meeting new girls than they are with getting into serious trouble. At Venice Beach, the Daggers, a notorious hostile crew led by Tommy Hook, enjoy terrorizing the people. As soon as Corey begins dating Tommy's younger sister Chrissy, the Daggers are outraged. Afterward, the boys head to a dangerous skate race known as the "L.A. Massacre," which takes place on a narrow canyon road.
