Tokyo Gore Police
This is the narrative of samurai-sword-wielding Ruka and her desire to avenge her father's killing in a future-world Tokyo where the police have been privatized and bitter self-mutilation is so commonplace that advertising is frequently specifically targeted towards the "cutter" audience. Ruka is a cop assigned to a unit tasked with eradicating homicidal mutants known as "engineers" who are capable of transforming any damage into a weapon.
