Aidan Bloom is a struggling actor, father, and husband. He is 35 years old and is still looking for a purpose for his life. Aidan and his wife are barely making ends meet, and Aidan spends his time daydreaming about being the great futuristic Space-Knight he always wanted to be as a child. When Aidan's sick father can no longer pay for private school for his two kids and the only public school left is on its last legs, he reluctantly agrees to try to teach them at home. By teaching them about life the way he sees it, Aidan slowly finds parts of himself he couldn't find before.
