Monroe (Monroe Mann) and Hilary (Crystal Arnette), who are sisters, have found out that they have inherited a lake house. To make things even better, it is said that the famous horror writer Stephen King lives nearby. They decide to take their friends to the lake house to see what's going on, but the locals are against it because they say King doesn't live there. Even though they weren't invited, they decided to stay. Soon after, they found out that people were being killed one by one in a way that reminded them of how people died in a number of Stephen King stories.
