ZOMBEX follows a post-Katrina New Orleans as it struggles to recover from a new disaster: a zombie apocalypse. Residents of New Orleans are no longer suffering from depression and post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of the hurricane's devastation, owing to the innovative ZOMBEX - a rogue but "clinically proven" anti-depressant medicine developed by a malicious organization. For many who call the Big Easy home, things are only beginning to improve. Alternatively, could it be the medication ZOMBEX speaking... Just as the city and its residents are beginning to recover, they are once again confronted with an unprecedented calamity. Only this time, they're confronted with the risk of losing the citizens of New Orleans as they succumb to the wandering dead.
