By the owner Nanao Shin, 10 men and women have been summoned to the Natural Island Hotel on the island Heitoijima off Yachijima. When the supper is served, they are both nervous and excited about what is about to happen and why they have been invited to this isolated island. Then, out of nowhere, they begin to hear a strange voice telling them about their past transgressions. One of the invited visitors is assassinated right in front of the group's eyes as they recall prior events. When another guest is murdered, it appears to be linked to that murder. Following a complaint of homicides on Heitaijima, police arrive on the island many days after the invited guests have already left. They find ten dead bodies in this "closed room" that is so large.
