Shinigami-kun, also known as Grim Reaper #413, is a beginner who tells people they are going to die and brings their souls to the afterlife. He would show up and say his trademark, "Congratulations! "I'm here to see you," even though it's hard to see how this can be a happy event, and watch over the dying. For a grim reaper, it's also important to talk people out of killing themselves and stop unplanned deaths. But because #413 is new to his job as a grim reaper, he tends to favor humans when making decisions. This makes him break the rules of the nether world and get in trouble with his boss.
