Durarara!!
It is said that in the Ikebukuro neighborhood in downtown Tokyo, there is an urban legend about a headless "Black Rider" who is said to be seen on his black motorcycle zipping around town. This urban legend stands out among many others about dangerous gang members and other shady characters in the neighborhood. When Mikado Ryuugamine receives an invitation to Tokyo from a boyhood acquaintance, he decides to go there. Even on his first day in the city, it appears like the Black Rider's hopes and dreams are already being fulfilled as he passes by. While ordinary folks like him and Ikebukuro's most colorful residents are caught up in the turmoil that is engulfing their city, extraordinary events begin to take place.
