Erky Perky
Erky Perky was an Australian and Canadian animated television show that aired on YTV and was created by CCI Entertainment and Ambience Entertainment. The show was about Erky and Perky, two arguing, dimwitted insects that reside at a hot dog stand but are unintentionally transported to a house. The show follows Erky and Perky as they try to settle into their new home, live with other housebugs, and look for food in a spotless kitchen. On July1,2006, it was shown as a "sneak look" on YTV's Big BBQ Blowout. Another Erky Perky "sneak peek" episode aired on YTV's "Sneek Peek Week" on August30,2006, before broadcasting regularly on September 7. On September 4, 2006, the show launched on Toon Disney in the United States. The LaB Sydney, an Australian visual effects firm, created the CGI animation.
