Fashion Star
Fashion Star is an American reality TV show on NBC that was created by Rick Ringbakk and is about fashion design. It is hosted by Louise Roe. Elle Macpherson hosted the inaugural season. The contestants compete with each other to make the best clothes, but they are limited in time, materials, and theme. Their designs are judged, and one or more designers are eliminated every week. On May 11, 2012, NBC picked up Fashion Star for a second season. Season 2 premiered on March 8, 2013. On July 27, 2013, NBC ended Fashion Star after two seasons.
